The Trade Show Booth Print Checklist (10x10 and 10x20)
A print-by-print checklist for filling a 10x10 or 10x20 booth — and the shipping deadlines that actually matter.

The 10x10 essentials
A standard inline booth needs four printed pieces to look finished.
- Tension fabric back wall, roughly 10ft wide by 8ft tall
- Two retractable banner stands for the aisle corners
- A 6ft printed table throw, three or four sided
- Counter or literature graphics, plus handouts
Scaling to 10x20
Double-wide booths need a hero graphic that reads from across the hall — a single large image with under seven words beats four competing panels every time. Use the second half for a demo station or seating rather than more signage.
Design for the eye line
Anything below three feet is blocked by tables and crowds; anything above seven feet is out of easy view. Put your company name and one-line value proposition in the three-to-seven-foot band.
Work backwards from load-in
Advance warehouses usually close two to three weeks before show open, and they charge more once you miss the window. Set your art deadline three weeks before that date and you'll never pay rush freight.
